Returns/Refund Policy
In rare cases, since we ensure the quality of the products before shipping, we replace damaged/wrong merchandise sent. Should this be the case, an unboxing/unpacking video is required upon receipt of your order. Otherwise, request for refund and/or exchange will not be honored.
We do not accept size exchanges and color exchanges, please refer to the size chart before purchase.
Our products come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund. Merchandise should be returned within 7 days after receiving, it in it's original unused condition.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
We will process your refund request within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
